I reserve the right to use the commissioned graphics as part of my portfolio. I reserve the right to post the completed commission on my social media once you have posted the graphic - I will ask when the right time to post it is :)

A reminder that this commission involves GRAPHIC DESIGN, not an ILLUSTRATION so if you want to put in assets you have to provide me one from another artist that you've commissioned as I won't draw/illustrate for you.

Clients may not at any time modify, edit, or change the work without permission from me. You may cross out certain milestones/goals reached. If you would like the PSD/CSP file please select that option in the request form.

If a client would like for me to use any asset (such as illustrations, logos, or any other custom-made materials) that is made by another artist, it must be approved and the name and tag of the artist must be provided.

Requests may be refused when: there's not enough information and/or references. Or there are incompatible requirements.

Share, reselling, or any redistribution of the graphics is forbidden.

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations after payment are not possible.

Communication will occur throughout the project timeline with updates and bouncing ideas. I will typically ask for feedback when I have something to show. I will let you know if anything is causing delays or priority shifts in the project. I will let you know whether an edit counts as a revision before making it. This is so you will know how many free revisions you have left.

I will use Twitter DMs / Discord DMs / Notion Comms List to facilitate communications. I will typically respond quickly but may also take up to one week, which is usually in order to provide a better, more concrete, update. You can request updates. You can let me know how much communication you expect/want.

Clients agree to remain respectful and agree that the communication channels I provided are for business and professional use only. If the client's behaviour is deemed unprofessional/disrespectful or inappropriate in any manner to my discretion the commission can be terminated.

Payments are always upfront (via Vgen).

There may be 3 major revisions for each item shown during the process, not including mistakes made by me. I will actively reach out for feedback :)

Any revisions due to errors on my end will be done 100% for free, no questions asked.

If I have to scrap and redo entire assets due to the client being unsure or unclear of what they want, an additional charge of up to 100% of the service's price will be charged, depending on how much has to be redone.

After the commission has been deemed completed, edits may be requested. An additional charge may be applied.

Completing the work schedule design template requires 2 weeks at minimum, and may typically average 4 weeks, depending on commission type, complexity, and workload of commissions.

Delivery of finished work will be through Google Drive. If you have a hard deadline a rush fee may be applied (+50% of the price).

Clients are granted exclusive rights for personal & commercial use of the work produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties, that is not for sale or distribution to any other party.

I retain original copyright and ownership of the work, including but not limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, and displaying the work on my websites, social media, and portfolios according to my discretion.

Clients do not have the right to recolour, retouch, redistribute, or edit any part of any commission. If you have questions regarding this please contact me.

Clients may not claim work as their own or anyone else’s and therefore must credit me as the Artist / Subathon-Donothon Graphic Designer using my Twitter username @LeelaaBee on their post and/or their Twitch credits panels.
